The struggle is real!

As folks we tend to focus so much on end goals, deadlines and milestones that we can forget to enjoy ourselves during the journey.

We forget to breathe in the now when we focus on the future.

When we are not here now, we are not present. And when we are not present, we cannot live our lives to the fullest potential.

Focus breathing is the greatest exercise to get even more present. And a little goes a long way.

Here´s what you can do during your day:

Breathe in through your nose while counting (in your head) to 4

Hold your breath while counting to 4

Exhale through your mouth while counting to 4

Hold your breath while counting to 4

Do this exercise in 1 minute and it will bring your focus to the present.
